In order to support higher power and more ruggedness requirement at HF/VHF band, Innogration is increasing the breakdown voltage from typically 140V used for 50V Class AB,  up to 170V and higher used for 60-70V class AB,  also enable higher voltage Class E operation. Meanwhile, we are optimizing the thermal design from die layout and package to enable safer CW operation under higher power density.
