• RF Power design engineer (Location:Suzhou/Chengdu)

Job Description

*Design, simulation and measurement of power amplifiers for Packaged device, MCM, MMIC using LDMOS/GaN/GaAs/VDMOS and IPD bare die

*Design and evaluation of RF power test and production circuits, device load pull and datasheet creation.

*Assist to solve production issue related to yield or quality 

 Essential Requirements 

*Bachelor degree above in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics, or communication 

*Experience of RF circuit design, >3 years preferred 

*Power amplifier design, PCB layout, prototyping, troubleshooting 

*RF simulation tools like ADS/MWO and 3D EM simulation 

*RF equipment and measurements techniques

*Team work, passionate and eager to learn

Job Description

*Application support for RF Power Amplifier used in Wireless Infrastructure, RF energy source, Multi Market covering LDMOS/GaN/GaAs/VDMOS etc
*Design Application board per customer specification, application report creation.
*Interface to customer engineers and project details management.
